Thank you so much for this enlightening meditation. As I relaxed into sync with the breathing, i took a few minutes and just breathed with the rhythm and then I lay down on my yoga mat and closed my eyes, still breathing in sync ... and then i was a little turtle, turtling along all swishy and flappy and i am swimming down a deepish river and i am alone ... and as i swim, the river is darkish and brackish and there are reeds but i don't see any other fish and then i am swimming in an underwater cave with lovely hollowed out rock that goes down to a depth, a river pothole, and i follow it down but still, there are no other fish in this river ... and i continue flapping up the river and it starts to become shallower and i am in a forest when suddenly, a woman rises up out of the river and begins to walk along side it, through the deep forest ... she is looking all over and there are no birds and no animals in the forest, in the dark and the shade of the giant evergreens ... and she is tall and naked and pink, with long tawny hair and river reeds all through it and over her skin ... she looks a bit like poison ivy but her hair is light brown, she is thin and elemental ... and we both feel the despair at the lack of animals and fish and where are they? there is an awareness that they have been poached by poachers and these poaches are themselves now being hunted ... and then suddenly, the woman has become very tall, thirty or forty feet tall and she is raising her enormous wings so that they are filling the forest glade underneath the canopy and a bright light is shining out from all around her as she begins to scream and scream ... and she is screaming with a roar and a keening, like a siren or a medussa, and she screams and screams and screams at the whole entire earth ... and suddenly, it is beginning to rain, it's raining a heavy, dense, monsoon rain, only the rain is animals and insects and fish! ... and the rain continues to fall and fall and to fill and restore all the earth #amen Reply

... so as i begin the meditation today, i am noticing the photo and i am feeling a lot of resistance, it's like the photo is a wall ... i feel like i am fighting a spiritual battle to get through the fake wall of fake water and then i see fissures opening in the wall and real water starts to pour through, pouring all over me, more and more, and i am in the ocean, at the bottom of the ocean in a scene of immensity and indescribable beauty, large schools of fish and coral reefs and myriads of sea life ... and then, over there, i saw a crystal and it reached up and up, all the way to the surface and i flew up beside it and as i flew up, a structure began to collapse into existence from out of the crystal and the structures were all connected down the length of the crystal, like compartments, and i realized this is an interdimensional structure ... and suddenly i could see the stargate, a giant circle and i mean GIANT, a circle all the way from the bottom of the sea to the surface almost ... and i could see myriads of space ships and creatures from myriads of plants and stars and galaxies and universes moving in and out of the stargate ... then there appeared a creature looking a bit like a fish but the size of a human but it was a shape-shifting creature and it was shapeshifting like a boss ... it was a beautiful cerulian blue with a white and orange halo and it shifted into the shape of what looked a lot like Shark #2 ... and then i realized it was a space ship and it was offering to take me for a ride to another ocean planet and i was a bit reluctant ... but the shapeshifitng being was very reassuring and friendly and so we moved into one of the stargate compartments ... the next thing i knew, we were stepping out of the stargate into a world of water, a planet completely covered by water, and i could see water of different colours all intermingling and it was stunningly gorgeous and as i looked up toward the surface, i could see the halos of three suns ... and the life forms did not look familiar and yet they did look familiar and i asked what planet was this and what galaxy ... and the space ship said that this was actually another universe entirely and that this was planet earth ... and as we moved through the beautiful, clean, completely pure water, i flew up to the surface and as i breached the surface, i have never breathed air so fresh in my life ... and i realized that, compared to this, earth is a mess ... so, with a renewed sense of purpose, the spaceship and i returned to the stargate ... it hardly seemed as if we had gone anywhere, as we stepped on and then immediately off the stargate platform, back on earth again ... thank you for this adventure in the form of a meditation.
